#2 Link doesn't work
#3 Hmmm... 511-2C is interesting.. does that mean it "could" be legal to cut out the vin stamping on one frame and welding it in place on another?
#4 Is probable cause, but what is probable cause if an officer is just strolling thru a car show and wants a closer look?
I have to add that I 100% couldn't care less. All my stuff is legal, I don't swap frames, and I wouldn't swap parts and pretend they were something else anyways. If some jack-off takes an F250 cab and swaps it onto an F100 frame and tries to sell-it as the original F250 is just plain fraud, and likely dangerous given GVW ratings.
If someone has a beat up F250 frame, but a good body and finds a nice frame, but crappy body and swaps over the frame I would have no problem with the owner keeping the crappy frame title with the new frame.

Josh, try the above link.
Next time do you own research. You just like to act like an A$$. Good luck next time you get stopped with that attitude.

You still haven't provided a link to an innocent car show that confiscated 30+ vehicles for VIN fraud.
I did a quick Google search before and came up with nothing. That's why I call BS.
My attitude is perfectly fine. I do not own or plan to own anything illegal. I also know my rights.
