Up here in Ak, the HID lights are all that the russians run, and they always have the best of the best.
From what me and my friends have found, the 6000K give off the most light with projecters (Any more or less with get dimmer), and the 4300K and 5000K work bst with out projecters.
You will get way more like with a smooth lense.
