Im having a little problem with my truck. Everytime I go faster than 40-45 mph, or even 30 and I hit a bump, the whole front end shakes like all hells gonna break loose. If i turn kind of sharp, it feels like something slams everytime the wheel goes around. I know it needs shocks, but im not sure about ball joints, because i dont know anything about suspension. I do have 2 pictures if that helps.

If anyone can help it would be great. Thank you.
Well, you can't learn any younger. Get ready to spend some cash. But if you are not afraid, you can do this yourself and save a bundle. You will need to get a ball joint removal tool and also while you are in there, you probably should do the inner and out bearings since you will be taking them off anyways. How's the brakes, they will have to come off too. It really sounds like Ball joints are the trouble, have you jacked it up and checked as IDIDieselJohn suggested?
also could be the i-beam bushings, follow that nice huge chunk of metal the wheel, shock, and spring is hooked to, where it meets the frame is where the bushing is. My bushing for the pass. side is shot so therefore when i hit a bump going "fast" it feels like the dang wheel is coming off.
yeah. well we put a clutch in i think 2 or 3 years ago, so im not sure. its got maybe 20000 miles on it. but it was only 3rd gear that was acting up yesterday, but not today.
To check for clutch wear, start the truck, wait for normal (warm idle speed), put it in 5th gear, with your right foot on the brake, without giving it gas slowlly let off the clutch, it should have no trouble stalling the engine.
If you can almost let off complete of the clutch without it stalling, then the clutch is pretty worn.
