Yes, it is from Canada, the trucks were shipped to Australia as CKD(complete knock down) Kits and assembled there. For the manuals, E-Bay would be the best bet, however finding someone willing to ship to Australia may not be easy.
For the owners manual, www.helminc.com carrys them, Helm is the company who printed them. I can't say that it'll be the same as what would have come with your Australian truck though.
If you find a set of shop manuals, about the only things that won't be covered is your steering system(the aussie trucks seem to have used the Falcon steering column, instead of the North American F-Series one) The steering box itself is an unknown, as is the linkage. As far as I have been able to research, the drivertrain is mostly US spec, however, I haven't been able to confirm anything. I do know that the 6 Cyl 80-up Aussie F-Series I have seen have been sporting 250 X-Flows. As for the V8's after the C-Engines went out of production, I'm gessing that the 302 and 351W would have been imported, as I know they did become avalable down under.
