So let me get this straight, your maybe gonna get a check in 2 weeks & you've already had a sh-t batt for at least 2 weeks. The guy had time to smuse you on the phone for however long it took to satisfy you but could not talk to his dist & have a batt waiting for you at your convience. I seriously doubt I'll be buying any batts from this outfit, & I do understand there is a chance of getting a bad anything but after all this BS I can see why Interstate is getting the reputation they are getting & it ain't a good one. IF you get a check take it & get you a Motorcraft batt

No no no...I already purchased a battery, that is where the REFUND of $100.17 is coming in. I have two good batteries, the driver side one has always been strong. Ideally, I wish I had 2 the same age, but all things considered, I feel like they are stepping up and making things right.
