Downhill Check Engine light

I have a 4x2 '92 F250 with the 5.8, M/T w/ AC. I've noticed that occasionally, mostly when the motor is still warming up but sometimes when it is warm, when I am coming down a long hill the check engine light will light up. Hitting the brakes does not help, neither does getting on the gas. The only thing that seems to make the light turn off is making it to a flat spot for at least a few seconds. The truck has been empty all these times. The motor doesn't seem to be missing or knocking at all, the oil pressure is steady, and all the fluids including the power steering and brake fluids are adequate. It doesn't seem to effect the truck at all, just curious as to if anyone else has had the same problem?

Thanks
John
