Question exhaust on startup

I have a 2002 f-350 7.3. I have never changed out my EBPV tube or sensor but have it printed and on my desk for the next thing to do when the weather gets warm. I have 178 k on it and it has never plugged but it still works. When I start the truck when its cold out (10 degrees for ex) I get the normal smoke from the pipe but I also get some under the hood. I looked for the smoke and it looked like it was near the clamp. I installed a 4" MBRP a few years ago. Im not sure if it could be the EBPV also because I do get fumes in the heater when it goes into high idle. After the truck is warmed up no more fumes... is it just because everything is so cold and hasent expanded yet? thanks Jeff

I get the same thing when it is cold-below 20*. I haven't found anything leaking under the hood, but it fills the cab with exhaust. Once it is warm I get no smell in the cab. I usually turn the fan off until the engine warms up and then there is no odor in the cab.

Crawl in and look at the up pipes,

The next place, I know you said it wasnt plugged, but crawl under and look at the EBPS tube, mine was completly rusted out on the bottom, so yeah, mine wasnt clogged either.
