360FE vs. 351C engine interchange

Are the heads and intake on a Ford 360 fe interchangable with a 351C?
Or am I dreaming?

sorry, but the only things you can interchange between those two engines are:
Points-type distributor caps
MAYBE carburator

the FE motor has a completely different design than the Cleveland

360 blocks should be easy to find. The 390 is identical as well, same bore just different stroke.
