Cold trans question

Does anyone elses trans not shift to OD,in the cold,untilit is warmed up some? Usually takes a mile or three for temps in the negatives. Doesnt do it when it's warm out. Been doing it for three years now.

Mine does it periodically, I find that it can depend on warm up time or even rate of acceleration.... I figured it was normal and ok.

last 2 days mine did the same thing, first run of the gears it doesn't shift, by the 2nd set of run throughs it does.

didn't know if it had anything to do with the tune or v/b

Nope, you guys trannies are fine. Mine does it and has since 03 bought new. It locks out OD so your trans can get up to operating temps.
