Electrical Gremlins??? Help

Electrical Gremlins??? Help
OK, in my dads 99 dually, we have come across a few problems with what seems to be electrical issues. We lost the power 4x4 switch function, as well as wipers and washer fluid. We put up the following codes
C1728
P1820
P1828
P1866
P1867
B1456
B1438
B1350
B1352
Now here is the funny thing. When we hold the lock button down, all these electrical functions work. We couldn't get a scan of the truck either without holding down the lock button. Is there a gem module or some kind of relay or fuse we need to know about here? Any help is appreciated.

Find one in a junk yard up there, or one of us down here can help you find one. I paid $150 for my last one that I needed.
