Bullydog Outlook

Just purchase a used 2006 F250 SD Lariat w/ 6.0, and there is an Outlook monitor on it. I got no other info on the unit, other than that.... So I have a few questions
1. I understand the need to monitor various temps etc, but at this time I have no real need to modify the engine…Can I use this just to monitor the various temps?
2. How do I return to the stock setting?
Thanks for all the help

First are you sure that there is still programming in the computer itself? Just because there is a monitor doesn't in of itself mean that there is tuning there as well. Very high probability, but not in every case.

If there is programming in there and you don't have the programmer itself, there are two ways of returning it to stock. 1. Have Ford reflash it to the latest programming or 2. on the Outlook monitor toggle the setting until it is on the "stock" setting.

Now "1" is the better of the two choices, it just depends on how much you want to spend on this versus making sure that it's all off.

When I had the BullyDog setup on my truck, I did like the Outlook monitor and it is a nice little monitor package. I would strongly suggest to make sure that there is no tuning and have the truck reflashed if you don't have the BullyDog programmer to remove it the traditional way.

Not sure if there is programming in it.... Played around with it during lunch and didn't see and "stock" setting... but on the right side there is a "vertical bar graph" (for lack of proper term) that shows 100% 75% 50% 0%.....so to be safe, I set it to 0%....
Have been trying to find a manual online for it, but have not had much luck...With the weekend coming, will have time to review this futher.....Option #1 seems the way to go.I just want to use as a monitor......
thanks for the input.......looking forward to more ideas as well

Oooo, then it wasn't the triple dog that they PO had then. It must have been a module on there. I think their module programmers have that type of percentage reading versus what I'm used to("stock", "tow", "performance", and "extreme").

Pop the hood and look for any signs of velcro on flat surfaces.
