Red face Bully Dog Question

Hi, I just bought two weeks ago an 05' Ford F-350 diesel 6.0, Crewcab, dually. It has a 4" lift and alot of bells and whistles. It has 30K and runs great. The thing I'm having a problem with is the outlook monitor from bully dog. I see how to increase power from stock to %25 - %100. I don't know how to change the shift mode to stock or mild. Right now its pretty tight and positive which is nice but not for all the time. I looked up directions from The Dog website and that didn't tell me anything that would help. Anyone that has one or knows them give me a shout. Thanks and I'm sure glad I found this place. Johnjet

One section down there is a forum on computer chips and programmers, might have better luck asking your question down there. Good Luck

You have use the actual programmer itself to load whatever trans setting you want. I don't think that part of it is shift on the fly.

Bully dog's tech support is horrible and IMO the company is just another "over the shelf programmer". Sell it and when you do, talk to the 6.0 guys about the couple of guys that do custom programming. These are the "small guys" that you want to support and will be answering the phone when you call.
