Glenn, Exactly my point have to get it running and drive it, I have always used my GUT for making or breaking the deal.

When he was at 75 I offered him 65 He then was at 7 now he wants to split that, 6750

The guy is really decent, I know he himself doesnt want to part with it, and has to at some point.
