I think alot of the not so great fuel economy alot of people have been commenting about is the winter fuel and the 10 percent ethanol in it.
what is "winter fuel" ? Either your saying the quality of the gas is crap or all the time spent on the throttle because of snow? We just got snow as of last night, and I noticed mpg dropped pretty much the next day after seafoaming/tps defect.
I have a 91 302 HO in my 90 F250, and apparently there are two different kinds of TPS for the 302. So I bought both because I don't know which one is the right one, gona have to match them up so see which one is right. See the following...
Borg Warner #EC3314 $120.00 ( my cost is $55 )
Borg Warner #EC1016 $95.00 ( my cost is $44 )

Winter blends of fuel are usually different than summer blends.
Here in RI, our gasoline is 10% ethanol all the time, so I haven't noticed much of a difference. Ethanol burns cleaner than gasoline, but is not as efficient, so you use more.
