I replaced all ten cops with cheapo ones I bought on ebay for less than $100. Truck ran great and it continues to run great for the fellow I sold it to.
I kept the old ones as spares but I doubt I'll be needing them.
The cops I bought appear identical to the OEM offering.

Thanks for all the input! I ended up keeping and installing the Accels due to a 20% restocking fee to return them. I guess I should have asked this question before buying. Installed the Accels 3 days ago with Motorcraft plugs gapped at .054". Truck is running great with no misfires or sputters. Hopefully I get lucky and the COP's last, if not then I will search ebay for some new Motorcrafts. I hope the fresh tune up fixes my MPG problem.

I installed mine with a set of motorcraft spark plugs 2 weeks before the 2010 excursion diversion in july of 2010. no troubles. I went with the accells because of the price for 10. I paid about $150 for 10 brand new with the plugs. Boy I hope I just didnt kick myself in the rear now....sometimes I dont post on things like this for fear that it will come back to haunt me.

Put a set on my 99 v10 less than 6 months ago. Finally tracked down my first failure. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come
