that is literally true. Just look around your town, and compare, older chevys to Fords, waaaay more ford on the road.

id have to agree that i do like the IFS and yeah the injectors is just B.S but yeah my buddy has a 87 K-30

solid axles with a proper set up suspention will flex off road better than a IFS.

Don't go over to FSB and tell those boys a leaf sprung solid axle won't flex they'll laugh you off the web. Fuel injectors and TTB's are the least of our problems with a Ford our problems usually start in the ignition system. Don't listen to Chevy guys their silly and confused.

moral of the story, put a ford symbol over the bowtie on his truck and see if it dont work a little better for him.

If you only need 4x4 to get unstuck or rarely during bad weather is it worth having a straight axle? If ttb rides better and works good for these things (the average persons need) I see no need for a straight axle. I've never owned a TTB truck but i've considered converting my 2wd f150 to a TTB 4x4.
