Chime when headlights turn on...
If i turn my headlights on after a few minutes a three chime happens. Only after the headlights are turned on. Same sound if you leave your lights on. Changed headlight switch and still no fix. Its a 1997 F-150 4.6 V-8 160,000mi 60,000mi on engine. Also the headlights quit one night had to pull the multi function switch back to have lights(flash high beams). Came back after a few mins.

Door ajar (warning lamp and single tone).
Four distinct chime rates are used to indicate warning. They are:
Safety belt warning chime is one chime per second.
Key-in-ignition warning is two chimes per second.
Headlamp-on warning is four chimes per second.
