1966 Ford Crew Cabs
I was looking for an early model Ford Bronco and found this 66 Crewcab. The guy I got it from put it on GM truck frame that was stretched. Im not sure where Im going yet. The cab is rust free trough out the whole floor. BUT a tree fell against the passenger side between the 2 doors. not bad-not good. Im glad to own it but???? Im thinking of a Dodge Cummins running gear. Or back to the old Bronco!! any help guys???? call gary 210-246-2307 thanks

Rustworthy, The first piece of advice I would give is don't mention putting anything other than Ford running gear under a truck in this forum. There are a lot of Ford purists here, and you won't see many people suggesting you break away from Ford.

If its on a streched frame I would make sure its adaqute to hold up to a cummins. Those things are heavy and so is there transmissions too.
Also you should think about 3500 suspension under the front.
