Bronco front clip swap?

A friend of mine has an 94 F350 that hit a deer. The cab and bed had no damage but the grill is busted, the hood is twisted, and both fenders are curled in on themselves which also bent the core support. We found a 95 full size bronco that's the same color being parted out and it has a perfect core support and front clip. The F350 is a 460 and I think the bronco had a 351. Will the 460 radiator bolt to the bronco core support? And there are no differences between the bronco and truck core supports/front clips correct?

Thanks. And is there any difference between the radiator on 302, 351, or 460? And the diesel radiators and core support are different aren't they?

Pretty sure gassers all use the same radiator supports. Diesels use different ones. I think that goes for everything 80-96 (of course being each classification 80-86, 87-91, 92-96).

yup, diesel rad support is different from the gas support in that the diesel uses a much larger radiator.
and the 460 usually has a larger radiator than the 4.9, 5.0, and 5.8 but the core support is the same for all gas engines as far as i know.

Core Support

I replaced the core support on my 1995 F250 (V8 460) this past winter. Other than a lot of bolt twisting, it's not a difficult job. Amazon had the best price ($200 delivered) on the core support. I painted it with POR15 prior to installation as the bottom had rusted out around the mounting bolts. If the radiator hasn't been replaced, you may think about it now. It's also easy to access the water pump. Both parts were less than $150. Add a few more dollars for new hoses, too. My transmission lines were rusted so that added another $100 to the job for stainless. Body mount hardware may be necessary, too.

I added rubber shower pan liner between the core/headlight mount overlap. It appeared the paint had rubbed off over the years and allowed it to rust.

Don't forget the grounding wires that attach to the core support! There are two connectors that attach to the drivers side support at the top. I neglected to reattach them and I had an ABS light on the dash that would not go out. After two days of searching, I found my mistake.
