The only option for going under the seat would be a shallow sub. The least amount of airspace I have seen for a shallow sub is .3 cubic feet, which is not much however getting that under a seat would be tough. Something else that needs to be considered is space in front of the sub that it will hit when moving. Springs in the seat and seat frames would likely cause issues there. You could go with 6.5 inch subs and aim them forward maybe. Some of the 6.5 inch subs only require .15 cubic feet of air space sealed, which is tiny. Before you think a 6.5 sub is small, check out B2 Audio or Sundown Audio for the 6.5's. They punch above their weight class.

Rockville Audio offers a 600W 8” sub & enclosure that comes complete with the amp. It’s a slimline that’s made to be mounted under your seat. I think it’s roughly 2.5” tall.
Your truck would hammer with one under each side of the seat
A friend and I were just discussing this issue. I remember a build thread where the guy had cut the floor and put toolboxes in. Think of the battery compartment in the earlier models. I think you could put a pair of subs down there, amps under the seat, and there is room for a pair of 5.25's under the dash in the corners. With dual 6x9's in the door panels I think I could finally hear my music over the engine and wind noise!
I actually hid the 8” Kicker Hidaway under the passenger side carpet at the top of the foot well. Can’t even notice it’s there. I originally tried under the seat but would not fit.
