blown parking lights & fog light fuse

So last night while plowing i noticed i have no parking lights. While i was checking it out i also noticed no fog lights. Blew both fuses at the same time. I'm going out soon to switch the fuses and try to figure out what happened. I hate electrical stuff.

Any ideas would be helpful? Headlights work as do signals.

Thank you

Head lights are on circuit breakers, turn signals are on a different fuse. I'd say it's likely a tail light or trailer wiring issue.
