Turtle Wax kit was all hand power.
Polish/restore compound
4 levels of foam backed sand paper
A bottle of sanding lubrication that said to keep the light surface wet and don't let it get on painted surfaces.
I now I spent over 1/2 hour on one light, with no visable difference.
One minute on each headlight with Crest and a soft cloth, very noticable difference.
When it warms up above freezing again, I will hit them again with Crest.
When I get the yellow all off, than I may use the polish/restore compound as a dressing.
