Turn signal lenses

So I picked up a set of replacement lenses for the front marker lights. Turns out they're NOS lenses.

While I think the NOS lenses are cool, but my build plan doesn't really need them, repops are fine.

I guess my question is, are they rare enough for me put them up for sale for someone doing a real restoration or are they common enough I can hang on to them.

Not looking to profit on them, just give them the best home available.

Thoughts?

If it were me I would just use them. I've seen some pretty meticulous restorations of our year trucks but haven't come across any where the person HAS to have everything NOS. Just doesn't seem to be as big of a deal for people with our years.
I love getting NOS parts but if I can find a good repro that looks just as good I'm perfectly fine. From what I've seen that's more or less most people's attitude, I could be wrong though.
For me by far the best NOS scores are gauges, other than that I'm not too picky.

No, plastic. Should NOS lenses be glass?

I have a set of glass ones and I figured they were original, but I am not an expert.

If you have not had a chance to read this entire thread, You may want to. Dustin is doing the most meticulous restoration. There is no way that I could stay that focused. But I am impressed!

Same here, I have never seen or even heard of glass lenses before on our trucks. Anyway you could post a picture? Do they have any Ford markings anywhere?

My original Ford ones were plastic.
