Yes....I have another hobby too....RC airplanes. I usually fly every Saturday morning. A few of the guys at the RC club are car/truck guys as well. There's a 51 (I think) Ford panel, and a guy with a really clean Studebaker wagon. I hope to use the 52 F2/F1 as an RC hauler when I'm done.

I'm pretty sure that I want to go with some F1 fenders up front. I set up some pictures of F1's next to my F2 pics & I think there is enough differnence on the body line that it'll look funny.

I did get a little more progress...here's the engine in position. I stuck a header on to see if my measurements were right....it looks like everything is going to fit!

The panel was flat black primer....it was a little rough but definitely a driver. I think it was done in Hot Rod Flatz black.

Really nice job you got going on there! I'm one more wishing he had a lift, specially to work on the panel's body and frame.

What engine are you running on it, kinda looks like a 302.

It's a 351W with a C6 behind it. It came out of a 1989 F-150. I went old school on the ignition system and the carburetor, but it is basically stock.
