shift kits...
was wonderin if a shift kit for an auto 93 f-150 w/ a 300 will be worth it. i saw B&M has one for around $30 or so. also are they easy to install? i read up on one in my 4 wheel and off orad magazine and it seems pretty easy. also what do they help/improve?

shift kits...
I have a c-6 and I really felt a difference with the B&M shift improver kit. It seems to hold it in gear longer running more rpms before it shift. I especially notice it when I accelerate quickly. I thought that B&M gave very well directions with good pictures. They made it was easy.

If you are talking about the electronic shift improver for the E4OD, it gets a lot of bad reviews here. People have said it burns out quickly and can damage other things besides itself.
