A 68 302 out of my 63 Mercury Meteor. We are using the heads off of it for our other 302 out of a 79 smog LTD. We are also doing away with the duraspark dizzy and using the point style. All of this is going into my fathers 72 Sport custom. I also have a 65 289 hipo 4 barrel intake we are have cleaned to go on there with a holley 4749-3 4-barrel.

The heads are going to the shop tomorrow to be cleaned and get valve seal installed. We are waiting on the funds to get a water pump, timing chain, oil pump/pick-up, and valve covers. We already order the painting kit to paint the motor Dark Ford Blue. Then a few odd and ends and we button up the motor then on to the truck.

heck yeah. sounds awesome. i run across 2 351 cleveland intakes for $30 a piece at a swap meet. i shoulda grabbed em but i didnt cause i had to get stuff for my truck cuz it wasnt runnin. got home and it fired right up. they had carburetors for $20 and all kinds of performance parts
