Haven't had to try & can't confirm it, but have heard that it's worth trying to reset ABS warning light the same way OBD2/Check Engine Light can be reset, that is try disconnecting the battery for ~10 minutes.
Continuing faults should relight these warning lights. There's an ABS tester that diagnoses faults in that system. A '91 has RABS, Rear ABS, which is a much simpler system than 4 Wheel ABS.
