Is there an Android application or are you just talking about the mobile version of the web site? (which I'm on right now)

Cool. Yea it works great. Just got a touch screen phone and the mobile site makes it much easier to navigate. Even have a link to 94.5-97 FTE right on the home screen with a powerstroke logo

rideracelivemx7 ... The iPhone is designed to display full sites the same as if you were on a PC or Mac. That's why it looks like crap. The mobile version of the site is designed to be stripped down bare bones. Only the absolutely essential information is sent to the device with simple formatting commands.

That's also why it doesn't do sigs on the mobile site. Sigs are HUGE when you're talking mobile devices that aren't "smart" phones designed to display full content sites. One or two threads could shoot a mobile user over his/her limit very easily with sigs on the mobile site.

Most non-smart phones have a cap on their data plan. Most smart phones are unlimited or have huge caps.

I pay $10 for my data plan and only get 25MB of data. With all of the ads and sigs and pics, one or two threads could put me over that limit. Going over the limit is something like $1.99 per MB. If I went over by 25MB, my $10 data plan now cost $60!

I browse on my phone occasionally and have yet to go over my 25MB limit. I do avoid sites that are not specifically developed with mobile in mind.

I use the mobile site but don't care for it. Can't link or send pics. I suggest sprint for svc, 4g pulls 8-9 megs download speeds, no caps on data use. I use a ton of data, I'm online most of the day

can't beat Sprint for pricing. Unfortunately, where I live, coverage is so-so. Sprint has absolutely no coverage (not even roaming or partner) where my wife works. We're stuck with Verizon.

I have verizon (nothing else seems to get that much service around here...) even with the unlimited data plan and all that fancy stuff, I still like the mobile version better. It's a bit easier to navigate then the full site for me. I have to keep double-tapping on the full site to zoom, on mobile I can just scroll around and click. Sigs would be nice, but it is understandable why they don't display

It should display sigs though if a full site person is viewing at least.

Is there a different URL for mobile devices? Because when I try www.ford-trucks.com on my phone it tries to go to the regular main page and fails miserably.
