Middle Row Bench Problem

Did'nt see anything on this issue but the passenger side seat will not latch in the locked position. If someone is sitting in it and you have to brake hard the seat will slide. I've looked at everything but really dont know what i'm looking at. I've checked to make sure the cables are binding and I've greased all moving parts. It still does not latch. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Check to make sure not of the cables have broken away from the plastic that allows the latches to set and reset. Look near the middle bench seat belt and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Thanks. I'll have to take a picture to explain this better. There are two rods that go to the middle of the tracks (both sides). The go to a spring and are held on with plastic clips at the tracks. Those are fine. The other end they are mounted to metal pieces again with plastic clips. Those clips are fine but the metal pieces were bent inwards. I pulled back on them a little and the seat locked finally. But now, that will not allow for the seat to lean foward and slide. Arrrrgggghhhh. Not to worried about it as the other side works fine but that side looks nothing like the passenger side.
