Possiable overheat on F600

Heys guys im kind of new to the big truck world. I recently bought a 1994 F-600 with the 5.9 Cummins with a clark 5 speed manual. Single axle with a dump bed. When i bought it i noticed that it runs a little warm. On the gauge it always runs above normal but not all the way to the hot side. It runs the same whenpulling my skidsteer. If im on the highway after a while it will go down to normal but its always a little high. I changed all the fluids and filters and the collant. I checked all the hoses. Anyideas or is this normal . Thanks for all your help

Fords electric gauges have never been all that accurate. I'd install a real mechanical gauge and see what it really is.

I second that motion. We have a few F800s at work, and the top end of normal really isnt all that hot. They have a stock gauge, plus an aftermarket.
