Do you still have the old rotary VE pump, or the inline P-pump? (right at the time when they changed..) The VE has some adjustments you can make pretty easily, the P pump requires a bit more work, but can definitely be turned up... These are both mechanical pumps, so no electronics are going to help.

The VE is a rotary style, the injection pipes are arranged circular around the pump, while the P pump is an inline pump, the injection lines come off the pump in a line.

Last I remember, they didnt use the VE in the Fords. In that case, sliding the fuel plate forward is going to give you a good 40hp jump. Take off the 4 bolts on top of the rear of the pump, pull the cover off, then loosen the 2 screws on the fuel plate, and slide it all the way forward. That's all there is to it. You could also hike up the rpm, but that really depends on what you're willing to do to it, and what you want out of it.

Nice write-up there, mind if I link directly to it in the Large Truck Tech folder?

That's what it's there for....to help others/ reference material. I do it for a hobby, so there's no commercial push, except the goofy Google ads.
