Is a Powerex 120 gallon 15hp a good compressor to go with? I found one online for sale that is 22 years old an just needs a pump for it would it be a good buy?

its a 3 stage with 220 volt line. its the one that is on wheels. would this work good for general auto work like sanding painting an so on? an would it work with the accessories you get for today's compressors?
