Tool box resto

I have a older used and abused tool box. Its a Waterloo JL-600 I'm thinking about cleaning, sanding, painting, using bed liner in the draws, and maybe some pin strips.
What do you all think? Please stop me if this is some high droller rare tool box.

Sorry about the cell phone pics, wife took camera wen she left.

On the Waterloo there website is waterlooindustries.com & there email is info@wi.com. You might want to ask them bout it an see what they say about how old it is an so on. I have a Craftsman Proto toolbox I am planning to do the same thing to.
