Need more info. Are you talking about the front stabilizer bar and not the rear sway bar? Are both vehicles 4x4s' Are you just talking about the brackets? What do both ends of the bracket attach to?
4x4 Rangers and Explorers have lots of common parts in those model years in the front end suspension and frame, but almost nothing in common in the rear suspension, axle and frame.

both are 2Wheel Drive
NOT the bracket that bolts to frame the u shape
I am talking about the L shape with ears that bolt
to the I-Beam . the sway bar linkage bolt to it
