84 6.9 skip

i just picked up an 84 f350 4x4 dually, w a 6.9 no rust. by the last inspection its been sitting 11 years. 97000 miles it has a bad skip does run but skip 2 or 3 cyl. could it b injectors? what else?

If it's been sitting so long and only has 97k miles, it's got all it's original fuel system, I'd change all 8 injectors and even Injector Pump and fuel pump.

I'd invest in a quart of Diesel Kleen to a full tank of fresh fuel to make sure that what I'v got is clean. If after that it doesn't run smooth , start replacing parts.
