Cool shes down for the count

old red dwn 4 now injector went out ,now im stuck with the wifes mini van til i can afford a new one, but im debating on just saving and replacing all of them what yall think?

do you know what made it fail? and if one failed i would check the other 7, because if u just replace that one, maybe another could fail for the same reason at another time and leave u stuck driving the mini van.
but hey while ur driving the van y not make it more to ur standards, maybe an intake, strait piped and some baby swamp injectors lol. just dont let the wife know and suprise her.

lmao...idk yet it just rolled over to 176000 i prolly didnt let it warm up and the it was like 12 degrees out i stomped on it to get across the intersection heard a pop bunch of black smoke came out and idled rough , only owned it for 4 monthes now , just now learn about the diesel

I only work on sets of 8 injectors because when 1 goes down the rest will soon follow.
They all use the same oil, same fuel, and fire the same. Typically the condition of one is a good example of the rest.

well maybe this can turn our to be a good thing for u. and jim is right if one goes the rest could too.so maybe its a chance ro upgrade to some stage I's if ur going to replace all 8, which might be a good idea, jmo.

hey a guy on craigslist has injectors forsale....60$ a piece...see if he'll ship..

i plan on leavn this truck stock til its paid off , i had plans doin everything to it from 6in stack to 12inches of lift with 40's under it ,but with a baby otw .that got put on the retirement plan , i got it goin to the my buddy work , for them to give me a complete list of what i got to do

depends on the part num was told theirs 4 different kinds for the truck and they needed the p/o num, on the side of the injector
