Sweet. Pics are great but videos are awesome. If more of you experts made how-to videos like this one of the more common mods and repairs in these forums, I'd never spend another dime at the mechanic. This one just made my "to do list".
Another thing to check while the covers are off is that none of the wires are rubbing against the pushrods or other moving parts. I had a GP wire worn through a little that arced to the pushrod. A little tape and some bending and all was well again.
Gonna jump on it tomorrow morn after I get off work. Baught the wedges from ford, crossing my fingers the uvch was the culprit. I'll post up as to what I find.
