Turbo Help
I just rebulit my oilcooler, put everything back together. Triple checked. Engine starts, idles, run great. No TURBO with a HISSING noise coming from it. Checked all inputs and exits... stumped. please help

It sounds like you have an exhaust leak, likely from the y-pipe connection to the turbo. The clamp won't bring the pipe close - it needs to be lined up really good first. I'm not a tech though - just my best guess.

Onetank i just did same as you , oil cooler egr cooler welded. Had to go back in, my first was up pipe to turbo off 1/8 maybe less but leaking. Spent 2 hours trying to move it back just that 1/8 finally poped in. Wood block betwen fimc bracket and fire wall, and big azzz crow bar no problem. Now i think i have cracked y pipe, got to go back in one more time. The plumbing back there is a PIA good luck

Krista 3 bolts two in front easy you can see them, flex head gear wrenchs get some. back bolt PIA but doable small 10mm wrench reach back you can feel it , put wrench on it . Okay mine was tight couldnt move it , took 1/2 pipe 2feet long put notch in end to fit around wrench, hit with hammer to break it luose done
