Suitable Rear View mirror Replacements
First off hello all I am a new and proud owner of the best SUV ever made. I just got a 2002 X with the king of the motors the 7.3l Diesel. I love this beast. There are just a few issues that Ii have to work out with it. The worst being the Gennex rear view mirror, it is not working just dark. Are there any other replacements one that are OE fit from other trucks? And are there any sensors that are in the mirror (i.e. compass, temp) that will not work if i replace it with one other than stock?

First, welcome to FTE, and more so to the might X forum.
You will find that the super duty f series platform is cross compatible with the X on most parts in the 00-04 yrs, minus the rear doors of the 4 doors and a few othe pcs. Just go to yr local wreckers and get one from the f series truck.
Don't forget to explore the 7.3 forum or the super duty forum for other great general info about the X.
