Its a 460 if that means anything. I work on aircraft and we have a special tool we use, but unfortunately, vehicle engines have no rocker arm shafts on which they fit.
A quick makeshift way. Put a big nut down on the bench and set the head down on it so it's holding the valve up. Find a bolt and big washer, thread it into the rocker stand. tap the retainer with a brass hammer to loosen the keepers. Put a big pair of channel locks under the bolt/washer and lever the retainer down to remove the keepers.
With the heads off a "c-clamp" type valve spring compressor is best. A lever type compressor is also available for removing valve springs with heads on (made by KD or Lisle)
