hooker aero chambers. i hate to admit this , but as i get older i found that the 2 chamber flow masters started to cause headaches. the aero chambers go silent when you feather the throttle at cruise speed.

I like the Thrush 31" glasspack I just put on the '92 explorer. The old pipe to the muffler rusted off just before the muffler, and this was the cheapest solution. Makes it growl, and amazingly, it doesn't have the "wet fart" sound!
My muffler historyynomax SuperTubos on my Mustangs and loved them over the Flowmaster sound.
My 94 F150 5.0 went Dynomax and loved it.
Flowmasters on my Explorer 5.0 and was embarrassed at the sound. For my present 77 F250 w/ a 460 I put on a Flow two into one because of the seamless construction and am merely satisfied. Now I am looking to convert to true duals and plan to use Dynomax mufflers. The sound is deeper and richer.
I'd say no to Flow
