Oil cooler fixed

So my leaky oring on the front cooler header was getting worse.
Do not use the orings in the gasket sets that are black. They arent very heat resistant
So after unbolting the filter header the cooler FELL OFF! no tension left at all.
Anyway, cleaned scraped installed new orings and rear gasket, pushed it all together with some extra hands from my buddy , whos shop and lift I was using, walla, good to go.

Put in new Zerex GO5 coolant, fresh rotella, filter, greased the whole shebang and she is happy again.

I was pissed about the orings but in checking my book I have 60k on this engine.
Damn I now know why I need some of my own injectors.

Also the rear ujoint is loose again, spicer, 5k on it, new shaft and yoke.
Any thoughts as to if the torque is eating them.

I replaced my joints when I had to replace the center bearing on the shaft, comparatively, as my truck is a working tow truck I probably have 3 times the mileage on the joints if not more. I have the Dana 5.13 stock rearend and "knock on wood" still going strong and tight.
