Advice on reusability of gaskets for EGR Delete and Oil Filter base
Guys, need some advice on reusing gaskets.
Had a new oil cooler about a year ago. Driven the truck about 5k miles since. Put on new intake gaskets and turbo bolts, o-rings, and gaskets.
I will be doing an EGR delete and new oil cooler bypass valve (oil filter base) this weekend (I hope).
Can I reuse all the gaskets? The oil filter base comes with an updated turbo oil feed line (mine is presently the braided line) and all gaskets with it.
Can I re-use all the turbo gaskets (0-rings, bolts, paper gasket, etc)
Can I re-use the intake gaskets (I think so)
Thanks for the help. And please offer any tips that will make this easier.

The intakes gaskeys can be reused if they are in
good shape. The paper turbo can't be because it
sticks and gets compressed some. The turbo
installation kit is not that much. The reason they
send bolts in the turbo kit is they do get heat cycled
and that will alter the temper. Most O-rings if not flattened
and brittle will be a reusable item.
Gaskets that get crushed or have some set to them are ones
I don't like to reuse unless I must. So if you can get the gaskets
I would replace them.

Thanks for the advice guys.
One last question. With the egr delete, I'm planning on cutting the "ear" or "tab" off the intake manifold that holds the egr chamber on. It holds one bolt for the egr chamber anchor point. I'm told the intake cannot be removed without removing the turbo because of this tab. With this tab gone, I can remove the intake without having to remove the turbo.
Would you guys cut this tab of the intake of your doing an egr delete? Is there some photos that show how much of the tab needs to be cut off without causing a problem?
