Ford Truck VIN Decoder 1973 - 1980
Being a 1980, you should be able to decode your VIN with that decoder. However, I suppose there's a chance that your VIN/sticker is different. If that's the case, go here:
Ford VIN Decoder - F150 F250 Pickup Trucks
To figure out everything else found on that sticker, like the transmission code, paint codes, etc., go here:
Vehicle Door Jamb Sticker Decoding Page
By the way, Welcome to FTE.
D3OE= 1973 (D=70 plus 3=73)
It's not foolproof, but helpful.

1980 Lifted F150
O= Torino/Fairlane
E= Engine or powertrain part
9425 is the basic part # for all manifolds and clamps.
aa is an engineering revision.
These codes only reflect what the part was designed for, not what it was installed on.
For example, the famous D0VE heads were engineered for the 1970 model year, for the Lincoln division (V), they are an engine part (E)... but were also installed on both Fords and Mercury's and well beyond the 1970 model year.
If it's the engine that was installed at the factory in 1980 that's a 302, Ford
was using the M-blocks for the 351s at the time (which look a bit different
than the Windsors).
Franklin2 has a diagram that should help if somebody can get up close to the
engine:

Yeah, I can't see, either.
