Fuel tank
hi all, just wondering if you know what size gas tank my truck has. its a 2000 f250 with the extended cab, and the short bed. i have read 29 somewhere, and 38 in the manual, but i read online that the 6.75ft bed has a 29. thanks

the guage and the lie-o-meter (if you have one) are really just a ruff guess...
even when it says your on empty you still have some gas left.
but its NOT a good idea to drive teh truck with a low fuel level.. the fuel pump is designed to be submersed in fuel all the time to aid in cooling..try to never let teh guage go below 1/4 tank
ps and yes the shortbox is 29 Gallon
