Hey guys, im a high school student and I got rid of my ricer for a -f250 highboy I saved from becoming a beater and am nursing her back to health. I want to exspress the fact that it is friggin impossible to find a 8 foot bed in North Eastern Ohio!!!!!!!!!!
toss a plastic bedliner in it until you find a good one. that's all i did for now. then when you get the new bed, drill out the spotwelds for the outer bedside shells and transfer them over to the new bed, so you don't have to paint as much.
well since were on this subject ,I just got a 1976 -150 xlt and I need a new bed side [right] for it ,and I live in kansas -anyone.......anyway I got the truck for 600 and it has only 92000 miles any no rust on the cab mounts and bed mounts ,kinda lucky on that
Yeah no ****, everything within a spray radius of the tires gets a not-so-healthy coat of water and salt..hmm..wonder what that leads to! hah, yeah im in the same boat bud, im 16 and a junior, but at least ive got the oldest, biggest, loudest, most powerful truck at school! Hah, yeahh my box is tootallyy shot, like they took a torch to the fenderwells and just cut them out to fit like 52" Rice and Kanes in it! then its got dents all over and its rusting from the inside out! I need a new 8ft box as well =(
