Pinout for the Message Center?

Pinout for the Message Center?
Can anyone share the pinout wiring schematics for the message center (lie-o-meter) in the overhead console? I have and XLT and would like to figure out which pins do what so I can either graft in a basic Expedition compass/temp I aquired or determine what might work if I scare up an Excursion model.
I already confirmed there is a connector for it in the overhead console but I'm not sure what functions it will support.

Rick, Thank you for the posting and the help. That is the right plug but my wires line up differently with different colors. I have an '04 XLT which was a commercial vehicle (could have unique Ford wiring specs). Is there a possibility there is more than one plug listed for the different models?
Here are the wire colors:
Stripe color/main color
1 White/Light Blue
2 Pink/Light Blue
3 - no pin
4 Olive Green/Orange
5 - no pin
6 Orange/Red or pink
7 White/Yellow
8 Black/Gray
9 - no pin
10 Black / Red
11 - no pin
12 BLANK NO PIN OPTION
13 BLANK NO PIN OPTION
14 Brown/Blue
15 - no pin
16 - no pin

So I signed up for Alldata and it looks like they have the same schematic. Am I just reading this wrong? I need to know the color of the wires in the male connector sticking out of the headliner (in the overhead console). This should be telling me that but it does not match what I have. Am I crazy or what? HELP!

This looks like the mate to the first pinout I posted. It matches what you have. You should have all the info you need. Right?

Rickx, I think I get it now. I'll get it all printed out and think it through but it's starting to click. Thanks so much for your help. I think that final schematic makes sense. I guess my disconnect was from the first schematic you posted that showed colors in pins that did not line up. I'll post if I get stuck again or figure it out.
