Balancing Act

Guys I was wondering..
can I replace just the harmonic balancer and then start the engine up like normal afterwards, or do I have any inherent issues with this 'quick fix' approach? Are there any know issues I should plan for as well?

Thanks,
Blue

Just as long as you get the correct one for your engine. Timing pointers are in different locations for different years, as well as 302 engines are balanced differently depending on the year of the engine.
