I was wondering if there is a difference in I beams between a 65/66 F100 and 65/66 F250? I am kinda thinking about converting my truck to a F250 and if I do I got some stuff in mind for it.....
If it's brake your thinking of, I can sure agree with what garbz said, I've almost sent a few passengers out the windshield! Those dual pistons work almost too good! Just watch the wheel size, 16" is the absolute smallest rim that will fit over them.
Well I was thinking about making my truck a 3/4 ton jus cuz really....and one day down the road I was kinda thinking about pulling a goose neck with my truck. (if I did the swap) Other wise I will stick with my plans of slammin my 66 and making it a street cruiser.
I was also thinking if I did do this swap I could also drop it about 6inches in the front and 9 in da rear. As I havent seen a dropped 66 F250.
As for stopping power, While I agree it would be nice to have the 3/4 ton stopping power its not that big of a deal to me, at this point.
