Well took the trucjk to a new dealership today.. After the fiasco with the other one...Dropped off at 730 was offered a cup of coffee... Received a call from them at 1130.. Told me needed new vacuum solenoid for front hub... Need new steering knuckle, One tie rod and a updated reflash... All covered under warranty and will have truck back tomorrow.... They even offered me a loaner... I was impressed they were very on the ball and courteous...Most of all they notified me of everything asap.. I'm guessing this is the way it should be done...HOPE THERE WORK IS AS GOOD AS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE...
That's what you want to hear. The dealership here has the diesel shop in a separate building. Dedicated diesel mechanics are a must. Some dealers think all engines are the same.
all engines are the same.
they all suck, squeeze, bang, and blow....
they are also all put together with nuts and bolts....
thats about close to the same
That's awesome Speed. Sounds like you may have found a keeper. Come back and let us know if the work was up to par. If so, don't hesitate to advertise the name of the dealership. You'll probably be helping someone else on the board in the process.
Hey Mark.. I have the Ford ESP premium care...Brought it a few days after I brought the truck.. The most they would sell me is a 12 month 12K warranty... Pricey for a 12/12 but with todays visit it pretty much paid for itself...
